My health coaching program is designed to give you the confidence, power, & authority back in your life! As the name states, the power is in choosing YOU! I will revolve our sessions around targeted strategies for implementing your goals. I call this "health" coaching, but what I really mean is working on all areas of your life. This includes but not limited to: nutrition, movement, career, finances, relationships, and community. I truly believe this is what health is all about.

So glad you asked! I have always had a passion for helping others and when I went through my own health struggles, I realized how important it is to feel good. My goal as a coach is to provide a safe space and confidentiality is my number one priority. I like to have fun and laugh but of course challenge my clients to put action towards their goals.
